How do I get my guide after purchasing?

You’ll receive an email with a download link immediately after purchase. For new guides being generated for the first time, delivery is within 24 hours.

What format are the guides in?

All guides are PDF files. They work on any device — phone, tablet, or computer — and can be printed at home.

Can I get a refund?

Because our guides are digital downloads, we don’t offer refunds after delivery. If you have an issue with a guide, contact us and we’ll make it right.

How do I use a discount code?

Can I share a guide I purchased?
